Hi, I Am Nick Jordan
My aim is to support people who want to feel stronger, age well and live longer through coaching methods that support maintaining and achieving goals not only for your physical but mental health, too.
I have a degree in sports science and a diploma in health coaching. I have worked with people of all ages, genders and envrionments having worked on the gym floor and have been a leader in a corporate business setting.
The problem isn’t knowledge – it’s execution.
You’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts, and have the intentions to take the next step. But, those old habits creep in. That’s where I come in.
Through structure, support and a no-BS approach, I help you to meet your goals that are sustainable and achievable.
